Pick an area in your home that you could use as a way to unwind this fall
This could be your living room, bedroom, or something else
The choice is completely up to you
Decorate with a neutral color pallet
Neutral colors create warmth in a space
They are easy to layer with bold and bright colors
Buy a comfy and warm blanket
This can be a Sherpa blanket, cable knit blanket, or any heavy blanket you may have
Add fall-themed pillows
Buy some reasonably priced pillows from Target or Home Goods
This is an easy way to decorate this holiday season
Have a go-to fabric spray
This can be store-bought or DIY
I recommend getting a fabric spray that scents notes of vanilla, pumpkin, apple, cinnamon, cranberry, and sandalwood.
Incorporate a small bookshelf
Whether you already have one or need to make a new one, this is a great way to put all your favorite reads in one place
Make sure to leave some room for new fall books
Decorate with candles or wax burners
Pick up some reasonably priced candles and use a few to decorate your cozy area
Or try a wax burner to reduce disposables and make your room smell good all-day

If you don’t want to use any candles or wax burners, go for an easier route
Grab your favorite blend of fall scents and put the potpourri in a small bowl which helps your home smell good as well

An easy way to dress up your couch and make it a perfect staple for your fall room
It’s cost-effective and you can switch this out seasonally
Order canvas prints in your favorite shops
This helps create a perfect fall, cozy area
Pick whatever prints you want to incorporate this fall season

This is an easy and efficient way to decorate an area as well as bring in some coziness
Since it gets darker during the fall, this is a great way to add some light to your area

Grab some small and fuzzy carpets to cozy up the place
They do not have to be expensive just something simple enough to dress up the room

Grab all your favorite fall coffees, teas, hot chocolates, and ciders
Spruce it up with your favorite toppings, syrups, sauces, and candies

It is always a great idea to have fresh flowers in your home
