Quick and Easy Breakfast Ideas

I know as a night lover, the morning can be a struggle. Between getting up early, trying to adjust to the time, and having a breakfast that will fill you up in the morning is too much to ask for! These quick and easy breakfast ideas will surely make you feel motivated to maybe cook and still be on time for your event!! (Click on pictures for recipes or to buy products!)



Kodiak Muffins--- Buy these at your local supermarket and all you have to do is remove the lid, pour in water or milk, and pop it into the microwave! Super simple and it actually fills you up in the morning and contains 10 or more grams of protein.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Overnight Oats (Quaker)--- Make this the night before, simply just add milk (of your choosing), stir and enjoy in the morning! Super convenient in the morning, healthy, and most importantly quick!

Preparation Time: 2-3 minutes

Yogurt Parfait--- Another breakfast you can make the night before! Grab a jar, add some fresh fruit of your choice, yogurt, and granola. It's customizable to your liking and there are endless combinations!!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Mini bagels/ croissants--- Pop these into the toaster and spread them with jam, cheese, peanut butter, and much more!! Super quick, cheap, and delicious!

Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes


Smoothie Bowl/ Acai Bowl--- Blend together your favorite fruits and vegetables and add some ice to create a thicker consistency and top it with more fruit, granola, seeds, and more!!

Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes

Frozen Waffles and Pancakes--- Simply pop them into the microwave or toaster for a few minutes and they are done! Add your favorite nut butter, jam, syrup, fruit, whipped cream, and anything your heart desires!!

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

English Muffin Bread--- Make this a few days before and it will last you a few weeks!! Super delicious and can add whatever toppings you like! Tastes especially good with jam!! Highly recommend!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus rising and bake time: 35 minutes


Amy's Breakfast Burrito--- Simply pop it into the microwave and enjoy it! It contains fiber, protein and no dairy!! Super healthy, quick, and easy breakfast!

Preparation Time: 1 minute

Cinnamon Raisin Bread--- This light and delicious bread is super quick in the morning and surely fills you up! Add a little cream cheese and it is delicious!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Just Crack An Egg--- Pretty self-explanatory, add an egg and microwave. A delicious, healthy, and quick breakfast for on the go.

Preparation Time: 1 minute
