Even if it involves challenges and positive tasks being completed, I like to bring you all part of the journey! Enjoy reading this post and I hope this inspires you all to take the time to reflect on each month!

1. What went well this month? What did I accomplish?

I would say what went well this month was staying on top of my homework assignments for college. I was able to successfully plan out weekly a list of tasks I had to complete. I was able to plan my day accordingly as well as improve my time management. What I did accomplish this month was finally organizing my computer documents into designated file folders.

2. What didn't go so well? How can I improve for next month?

I would say what didn't go well this month was getting behind on chapter notes. Though I was able to stay on top of my homework, I did read the book and failed to take notes on important sections of the book. As the month progressed, I started to pick up on this and started to make the change of taking time to take notes and understand the context. I hope next month I can continue this change.

3. How did I grow as a person?

This month I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to make friends at college. This was something that I struggled with in my early semester years so, doing this I was quite pleased with myself. I think this shows me that I can step out of my comfort zone and do things that can better myself.

4. What challenges did I face this month?

A challenge I faced this month was learning how to balance my coursework. I struggled with this at the beginning of the month and was having a hard time balancing work, school, and homework. It took me a couple of weeks to find a routine that works best for me. I know with each semester my courses are different and so is the workload. I know it's important for me to establish a set schedule for I will be able to get ahead of homework as well as make time for relaxation over the year.

5. What am I spending too little or too much time on?

I am definitely spending too little time on reading for fun. I started a new book last month and I really want to continue reading it, but sometimes I value this over watching a show which can often lead me to go to bed later than what I hoped for. I hope next month I can take some time out of my busy week and simply just read my book. Even if it is for 30 minutes right before I go to bed. I find that when I do read before I go to bed, I tend to go to bed earlier.

6. Did I reach my goals this month?

Yes, I did reach my goals this month. One of my goals this month was to review my syllabi and write down all the important dates in my planner. I was able to do so and was also able to track my progress. This helps me to know what to expect each week as well as stay ahead of homework. I also was able to complete a lot of chapter assignments before the due date which was one of my school goals as well. So, I am quite happy with how this turned out for me.

7. What made me feel grateful this month?

Something that made me feel grateful this month was getting outside. Though the weather changes from summer to fall, I was happy to spend some time outside by simply walking. As cliche as this may sound, it made me feel grateful for warm days. Though I do love fall and am always excited for it to come, I realized that I did take those warm days for granted and should have spent more time outside. Even if it is for five minutes of walking around campus, the outside sometimes inspires me in my writing and I enjoy that.

8. What habits should I continue to focus on?

A habit I should continue to focus on is getting a better night's sleep. I have greatly improved upon this since the summertime and I have been getting the usual eight hours of sleep. Especially since I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. three times a week, I know how important this is to obtain. Another habit I will continue to focus on is setting goals for myself. Each month this helps me feel like I have accomplished something. It helps relieve stress too so, I do not have to worry and overthink about this later.

9. What did I do this month to take care of myself?

Something I did this month to take care of myself was do some self-care. After showering, I like to use lotion to keep my body moisturizer and I have been taking some extra time to show my body a bit of love by using weekly scrubs. I have also been learning to take care of myself by eating better and using products that work well with my skin.

10. Overall, how would I rate my month?

Overall, I would this month an 8.5 out of 10. I had a pretty rough start this month trying to deal with a new semester of classes and trying to balance out other priorities. But after time passed and I learned from these conflicts, I was able to obtain a set schedule while involving other self-care routines. I learned to prioritize myself and my goals as well as learn to communicate with close friends from away.

Thank you all very much for reading this post! I hope this all inspired you to take some time and reflect on your past month. I have more posts planned for next month and I cannot wait to share them with you all! Also, I have an entire 12-month calendar spread that is undated and customizable as well as two-word searches perfect for summer! I hope you all have a great day, and I will see you all in the next post!
