Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day! In this blog post, I am sharing with you all 10 books to read this summer! I know that school is over and the summer is one way we can get away from school, but there are many books out there to read and you can still enjoy the long summer! I know I have bought so many books to read this summer and I am super excited to read them!
1) People We Meet On Vacation- Emily Henry
A fiction romance book about two inseparable best friends that get into an argument that leaves them not talking to each other for two years. Until, one of them wants to talk about what went wrong and now they only have a limited amount of time to make things right between them.
2) For The Wolf- Hannah Whitten
A dark fantasy about a nineteen year old girl with magical powers that is afraid to hurt the ones she loves the most and she must be sacrificed to the Wolf of the Woods.
3) Vanishing Girls- Lauren Oliver
A mystery story about two sisters. One sister gets into a car accident and it causes a wedge between their complicated relationship. The sister vanishes on her birthday as well as another girl that has no relation to them. The other sister believes that these are linked to each other and she needs to find out the truth.
4) Hard Crash Valley- Brian Panowich
A broken man who is used to tragedy who is also an ex-investigator in his local county. He gets called in to consult in a murder around the town along with an FBI counterpart. It's a race against the clock to solve this mystery.
5) The Last Thing He Told Me- Laura Dave
When a husband disappears, he smuggles a note to his wife that says, "protect her." The wife knows who exactly her husband is talking about to protect which is their stepdaughter who wants nothing to do with her new stepmother. This husband gets arrested and is being investigated by the FBI and the wife then realizes that her husband is not who he says he is. One way to find out who her husband truly is, is through her stepdaughter.
6) Malibu Rising- Taylor Jenkins
A story about a family who holds a lot of secrets. This night they have to choose what they will keep from the family and what they will tell them.
7) If You Tell- Gregg Olsen
A survival story about three sisters who were raised by a cruel mother. The three sisters find the strength and courage to overcome their hard past while resolving secrets along the way.
8) Her One Mistake- Heidi Perks
A story that is every parents worst nightmare: your child disappearing while in the hands of someone you trust. This story reveals why this dreadful thing happened.
9) The Infinite Moment of Us- Lauren Myracle
Two high schoolers meet each other. One girl who is trying to please her parents, but forgets about pleasing herself and the guy has a troubled past. Their souls collide and things start to get complicated.
10) Verity- Collen Hoover
A husband and wife duo who both do literature work. The wife goes to back to their old home and tries to find out what really happened the day her daughter died.
